sit-ups over a bozu ball 25 reps with weight
plank with row and hip dips 10-10/10-10 reps 10 rounds

jog 5 min and 45 sec

5 - 50 pd dumbbell
5- 60 pd dumbbell
5 -70 pd dumbbell
